Our Advisors
Alec Neu is an investment advisor specialized in private capital market rate multifamily product throughout the Secondary and tertiary Florida markets. He joined Seacrest Advisors in March 2025 to help co lead the multifamily investment sales practice in Florida.
Prior to this role, Alec exclusively represented and worked on market rate multifamily in excess of $500 million throughout primary and secondary Florida markets. Throughout his time in Florida, he gathered multiple sales recognition awards including CoStar Power Broker (2022/2023), Crexi Platinum Broker (2022), and a Rising Star Award (2022).
Andrew Green, CCIM joined Seacrest Advisors in February 2025 and brings nearly 15 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. Andrew specializes in multifamily investment and land sales throughout Florida.
Andrew brings his clients a very detailed and hands-on approach to every business decision and transaction. He is constantly involved in every step of the sales process from the initial underwriting and financial analysis, crafting and executing the marketing strategy, leading all property tours, managing the due diligence requirements, and closing procedures. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, he was worked on multifamily, land development sites, industrial facilities, and mixed-use portfolios valued over $500 million.
Andrew graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University where he received his degree in Business Management from the Lutgert College of Business and he holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Andrew has been featured as a thought leader in several industry publications such as: The Southeast Real Estate Business, The Orlando Business Journal, The CCIM Institute, and the Naples Herald. Additionally, he has been a volunteer and contributor to various organizations including: Habitat For Humanity, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Florida Gulf Coast Mentorship Program, and Children’s Home Society of Florida
Craig founded Seacrest Advisors LLC in 2023 and is a respected capital markets professional with deep expertise in multifamily investment sales, developable land, and commercial investment properties across Florida. Over his career, he has been directly involved in transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars across multiple states, including land deals supporting the development of over a thousand units of new Class A multifamily communities.
With a strong track record advising both private investors and institutional developers, Craig takes a strategic, client-first approach to every transaction. His ability to structure complex deals while providing boutique-level service has made him a trusted partner for investors seeking to maximize value.
Before founding Seacrest Advisors, Craig was a Director at BRES Florida and a Senior Associate with Colliers International’s Southeast Multifamily Investment Sales Group, working under Will Mathews in their Tampa Bay office. He holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
